Door Supervisor - Nottingham

We are keen to speak with SIA licenced Door Supervisors in and around the NOTTINGHAM area, who want regular work, in established venues, earning competitive rates of pay.

Ideal candidates will be professional, take a pride in their appearance and have good customer service skills enabling them to interact with a range of clients and customers.

We are looking for a professional and experienced Door Supervisor to join our team at a busy hospitality venue in Nottingham.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working within the hospitality sector
• Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, due to the high-paced nature of the venue
• Professional, confident and customer-focused

 Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of customers and staff
• Monitor entry control and venue capacity
• Manage and de-escalate incidents calmly and professionally
• Deliver exceptional customer service

 Hours & Pay

• Minimum 20 hours per week
• Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience)
