• Oversee and coordinate the security team's activities.

Additional Information:

• Overtime available.
• Full-time position with an average of 42 hours per week.
• 12-hour shifts on a 4-on-4-off shift pattern, covering both day and night shifts.

Essential Skills:

• Valid SIA licence.
• Previous experience at team leader level.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fully comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history screen compliant with BS7858.
• Comfortable patrolling long distances and being on your feet for extended periods.
