Security Concierge Colchester

We are looking to recruit for an experienced Concierge Security Officer for Colchester.  Located 10 minutes walk from the train station, but also easily accessible by car . 

Your main duties and responsibilities will be to ensure the security and safety of the building and the residents.

Duties include:-

• Manning the front desk and reception area 
• Dealing with alarm activations, power cuts, lockouts, deliveries and queries from the residents
• Undertaking regular patrols around the blocks and immediate external areas
• Assisting residents with access to the building / lockouts and deliveries
• Providing the residents, guests, and colleagues with a seamless and customer focussed service
