SIA Retail Officer - Swindon

We have an exciting opportunity in a branded high street store for candidates who have experience working within the Retail sector.

We are keen to speak with SIA licenced Security Guards and Door Supervisors in and around the SWINDON area, who want regular work, in established venues, earning competitive rates of pay.

Ideal candidates will be professional, take a pride in their appearance and have good customer service skills enabling them to interact with a range of customers.

Candidates Duties Include:

• Maintain a visible security presence within this Retail environment.
• Be a polite and approachable security contact for visitors, clients and staff.
• Dealing with loss prevention issues.
• Deterring anti-social behaviour, theft and criminal activity. 
• Complete written and computerised reports as necessary.
• Carry out regular foot patrols of the premises (internal and external).

Applicants Must:

• Hold a valid frontline SIA Security Guarding OR Door Supervisor badge.
• Have proven experience within the security industry.
• Have good communication skills and be customer service focused.
• Respond to all security incidents and write detailed incident reports.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Be presentable on site, wearing the correct uniform.
