Dual Role Team Leader

As a Dual role Team Leader for cleaning and security, you will be expected to provide support to the security and cleaning teams, helping to ensure that the required standards are met. You will need experience with cleaning and security and possess a DS SIA licence and preferably a CCTV licence

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Supervising the on-site teams to ensure that a high standard of service is delivered
• Opening and closing of the Centre and Carpark
• Create and manage Rota’s
• Organise/book holidays and holiday cover
• Ensure daily tasks are completed by deadlines
• Building and maintaining a professional relationship with tenants and the management team
• Undertaking site inspections and checks
• Carrying out regular cleaning audits/security audits
• Carry out regular on-site patrols of the centre
• Providing a customer focused service, maintaining a professional and courteous manner at all times
• Driving the service excellence standard throughout the team
• monitor and evaluate the performance of the team to ensure the required standards of delivery are exceeded
• Constantly looking for innovative ideas to add value and to make the service delivery more effective
• Supporting with recruitment
• Training of Colleagues
• Maintaining effective and accurate communication
• Ensure that Westgrove’s and the centre’s Health and Safety Policies are followed,
• Ensure equipment is maintained and regularly inspected
• Carrying out any other reasonable management requests
