An exciting opportunity has arisen within ISS Facilities Security for a Security Officer based on a large DC in Leeds.

The Role:

To ensure the compliant delivery of site security services at a busy Gatehouse & DC in Leeds and ultimately deliver on customer satisfaction.

 

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring site security via access control, site patrols and reporting of H&S concerns
• Incident management and response
• Safeguarding of various assets to include people, buildings and information
• Manage access to the site via the Upper or Lower Gatehouse
• Operate the Weighbridge and Client TATOS (Turnaround Time on Site) system from the Lower Gatehouse to monitor Eddie Stobart Deliveries and Collections
• Liaise with emergency services when required

 

What we are looking for:

 

• An experienced security professional with knowledge and skills gained in a Gatehouse / DC environment
• Prior experience of working in a fast paced environment
• A passion for service excellence
• Willingness to work & co-operate with ISS colleagues & Client management
• MUST have a valid SIA License for this role
• A valid CCTV licence would be an advantage
• A valid First Aid Certificate is essential

 

Shifts:

4 On, 4 Off rotating pattern either days or nights

(Average 42 hours per week contracted)
