Security Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our successful security team at Enigma security solutions LTD. We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Night Security officer for a concierge position.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various situations in a professional and proactive manner.

Shift Pattern:

• Mon to Friday - 16:00 hours till 7:30 hours
• Sat-Sun - 07:30 hours till 19:30 hours 

Duties Include:

• Access Control: Monitor and control access to the facility, including checking identification and verifying the credentials of individuals entering the premises.

Issue access cards or keys to authorized personnel or guests.
Ensure that only authorized personnel and guests are allowed entry.

• Surveillance:Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems to detect and respond to any suspicious activities.

Conduct regular patrols to check for signs of unauthorized access, vandalism, or other security concerns.

• Emergency Response: Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches.

Contact law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
Administer first aid or provide assistance in emergency situations.

• Guest Services:Greet and assist guests, providing information, directions, and support.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and helpful manner.

• Report Writing: Document all incidents, security breaches, and unusual activities in detailed reports.

Maintain accurate records of security-related activities during the shift.

• Safety Checks: Conduct safety checks, such as inspecting fire extinguishers, alarms, and emergency exits, to ensure they are in working order.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle any other security-related tasks or special projects assigned by management.

Person Specification:

• MUST HOLD A VALID SIA LICENCE
• Flexible and adaptable to work shift patterns
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written English
• IT and computer literate
• Good customer service skills
