Multi Skilled Security Operative

We are currently recruiting for a range of positions across THE CONSEC GROUP – CONSEC RISK MANAGEMENT are looking for security operatives to join our expanding team. Positions we are looking to fill: 

Door Supervisor: We are looking for people who are polite, professional, and comfortable working in the night-time economy. Who can follow instructions from Middle Management, while competently servicing our clients'. Possessing excellent English language communication skills, and can think on their feet. We can offer on-the-job training beyond the SIA curriculum, so experience is desirable but not essential, With immediate starts available at a wide range of busy venues across Brighton & Hove. Competitive rates of pay ranging from £11.75ph to £15.00ph, PAYE and bona-fide self-employed sub-contractors, bonus scheme and employee benefits.

Static Guarding: We have a number of high-profile clients in Brighton and London looking to expand their current workforce. We are looking for Security Officers who can travel, are smartly presented, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to complete varied tasks within a high-profile/high-pressure environment. With rates of pay ranging from £11.75ph to £18.00ph, PAYE and bona-fide self-employed sub-contractors, bonus scheme and employee benefits.

Mobile Response Officers: We are looking for experienced Door Supervisors and Security Operatives to join our industry-leading team. With a focus on Crime and Anti-social behaviour reduction candidates must be robust, have excellent communication and de-escalation skills, be physically fit, and be computer literate. All applicants must have a full clean driving licence, be over 25, and ideally worked in the industry for at least 3 years. Applicants from Armed Forces or Policing backgrounds can be fast-tracked. Our Mobile Response Teams form part of the company’s Middle Management Team, with a range of responsibilities; from line managing and mentoring staff through to emergency incidents supporting the Police and other Emergency Services, Security Patrols, Client Liaison, Risk Assessments, Report Writing and general day-to-day management of our operational services. 
Full and Part-Time hours, ranging from 10-60 hours per week, with earnings ranging from £21,000pa up to £35,500pa.

CCTV Watchkeepers: SIA CCTV Licence holders to work in our CONSEC TECH MANAGEMENT CCTV and Alarm Monitoring suite. Looking after high-value and high-profile client properties globally. With additional work supporting our Mobile Response Teams, we are looking for talented individuals with exceptional attention to detail, methodical working methods, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to think outside the box in challenging situations.
