Job Overview 

As a Control Room Manager, you will take ownership and responsibility for the Control Room's performance, output, and overall success, ensuring that field management teams and other relevant parties receive proper communication, support, and delivery of all services provided by the control room. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Be in charge of the control room's functions and operations on a daily basis 
• Ensure that on-duty controllers make and receive phone calls and provide a high standard of response to telephone/ email inquiries
• Schedule the rotation of security officers, as well as monitor check-ins from the rest of the team who may be out on patrol and reporting back
• Providing backup through communication to other security officers who may radio in if they detect suspicious activities
•  You may also be required to write various reports of events that occurred during your shift

Requirements 

• A valid SIA licence - CCTV licence 
• Effective communication skills 
• Good at multitasking as you will be responsible for many parts of communication within your security team
• Leadership skills
• Be reliable and trustworthy
