Corporate Security Officer – Aztec West Business Park (Bristol)

Hours: Indicative weekday daytime shifts only – hours vary week to week.

Rate: £13.50 per hour

We Secure Limited is recruiting Corporate Security Officers to support our clients across the Aztec West sites.. While historic patterns show consistent weekday daytime requirements, this role does not offer guaranteed hours. Workloads vary based on operational demand, so officers must be comfortable with fluctuating hours (for example, some weeks may be 60 hours, others closer to 20).

Job Purpose:

To deliver professional, high-standard security services in line with client expectations and We Secure policies, including front-of-house duties, access control, patrols and customer service. BPSS clearance is required and fully supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise daily with staff, client representatives and We Secure operational teams.

• Provide a visible and professional security presence.

• Control access/egress and manage authorised visitors.

• Complete internal/external patrols and contractor escorting.

• Produce accurate incident reports and daily logs.

• Support Health & Safety and Fire procedures.

• Work flexibly in line with operational demand (hours will vary).

Experience Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• IT confidence (emails, systems, incident reporting).

• Valid SIA SG or DS licence.

• Ability to obtain BPSS clearance.

• Ability to travel to all required site locations.

• Willingness to work variable weekly hours without guarantee.
