Description

Door Supervisors Wanted – Cardiff City Centre

We are recruiting reliable, professional and SIA-licensed Door Supervisors to join our team at one of Cardiff’s late-night venues right in the heart of the city centre.

Roles Available:

Guaranteed Friday & Saturday nights
Additional mid-week shifts regularly available
Immediate starts for the right candidates

You must have:

Valid SIA Door Supervisor badge (essential)
Excellent customer service and conflict management skills
Smart appearance and professional attitude
Right to work in the UK
Previous door experience preferred but not essential if you have strong de-escalation skills
