We are currently recruiting Crowd Saftey Officers to join our team in london to work on major events.

Requirements:
Must hold a Level 2 Award in Spectator Safety or be enrolled and working towards it (evidence of enrolment required).
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
Strong customer service skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

What you’ll do:

Support the safety and enjoyment of all guests at the stadium

Provide excellent customer service

Monitor crowd movement and assist with access control

Respond to incidents professionally and efficiently
