Retail Security Officer

Special Service Security (SSS) is recruiting Retail Security Officers for a new PopMart store opening in Liverpool.
You will provide a professional security presence on the shop floor, manage queues, deter theft, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff. This is a busy, high-footfall retail site, so strong awareness, communication, and reliability are essential.

Role includes:

Greeting customers and maintaining a safe store environment

Monitoring shop floor activity and preventing theft

Queue management and crowd control

Supporting store staff and responding to incidents

Representing SSS and PopMart to a high professional standard

Requirements:

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence

Smart appearance: full black suit, white shirt, tie, black shoes

Excellent communication skills and professional attitude

Reliable, punctual, and switched on at all times
