SIA Door Supervisor - Barnsley

Job Description

We are currently recruiting professional and reliable SIA Door Supervisors to work at pubs and clubs. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety of customers, staff, and premises while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure environment at licensed venues

Control entry and exit of customers

Check ID in line with Challenge 25 policies

Prevent disorderly behaviour and deal with incidents calmly and professionally

Monitor crowd behaviour and manage queues

Work closely with venue management and emergency services when required

Conduct searches when necessary and in line with legal guidelines

Complete incident reports accurately

Requirements

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure

Smart and professional appearance

Right to work in the UK

Previous experience in pubs, clubs, or nightlife security (preferred but not essential)
