Front of House Officer - RELIEF

We’re currently looking for a Relief Night Front of House Concierge to support our residential buildings across Manchester and Leeds. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexible working patterns, is highly reliable, and can seamlessly slot into different teams while maintaining a consistently high standard of professionalism.

In this role, you’ll be the friendly and reassuring presence residents, their friends, and families can rely on during the quieter hours. From assisting with requests to offering reassurance and a warm welcome, you’ll play a key role in ensuring each building feels safe, relaxed, and well cared for overnight.

What we’re looking for:

Meeting and greeting residents and visitors

Welcoming new residents and preparing new resident packs

Managing and responding to general enquiries via phone, email, and other channels

Key and parcel management

Rectifying any unplanned cleaning emergencies and proactively dealing with minor maintenance issues

Co-ordinating, instructing, and allowing access for services to the development

Recording, monitoring, and responding to resident feedback

Managing bookings for meetings and event spaces for residents and external guests

Providing clear and concise handovers to the day team

Conducting daily building walks and monitoring CCTV

Requirements:

A valid SIA licence (Door Supervisor Licence or Security Guard Licence)

Excellent communication skills

Strong organisation and multi-tasking abilities

Great people skills

Flexibility to work relief night shifts across multiple sites - Petrol / Travel will be paid

A reliable, professional approach and the ability to integrate smoothly into established teams
