MUST hold a full UK manual driving licence (2+ years) and be aged 25+ (insurance requirement).

SIA Door Supervisor Licence essential.

Lead from the Front

Lingwood Security Management are looking for a Security Supervisor to manage and support our teams across the London Area , leading site visits, and being the key link between our staff, clients, and management team.

Over seeing UKPN - Checking on all sites, inducting personal, completing RAMS. 

The Role

This is a full time , position based in the London area for a Security Supervisor working with our 24 hour control Department .The Security Supervisor will be carrying out welfare checks with staff throughout the night to ensure safety, and oversee the performance of security personnel out on the ground . Responsibilities will also include conducting regular site insepctions on sites, addressing security concerns, and ensuring all policies/ procedures are strictly followed. The Role also involves providing regular reports and updates to both  clients and management while ensuring compliance with standards and policies.

What We’re Looking For

SIA Licence (Door Supervisor).

Full UK manual driving licence (2+ years), aged 25+.

At least 1 year’s security experience.

This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills 

First Aid trained (preferred).

Professional appearance, excellent communication, and reliability.

Able to be screened back 5 years.
