Door Supervisor/Security Officer

We have a lot of jobs coming up so we are recruiting for staff that will be available when needed. The role involves working in a range of environments, so we need someone who can remain calm under pressure, is approachable yet firm, and can handle situations with professionalism. Working in a range of environment including high profile events and Homeless Shelters

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor venues and maintain a safe environment for staff, visitors, and the public.
• De-escalate conflicts and handle situations with authority and respect.
• Carry out ID checks, searches, and crowd management (when required).
• Report and record any incidents accurately.
• Provide a visible security presence.

Requirements 

• Previous security experience (bars, events, or similar settings preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• Calm and professional under pressure.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Capable of writing incidents reports
