Job Title: South Area Security Supervisor
Location: South Region (Luton/Bedford/Slough/Woking/Crawley areas)
Pay Rate: £13.77 per hour

About the Role
We are currently seeking a Security Supervisor to support our operations across the South region. This role will involve overseeing security personnel across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular site visits and spot checks across assigned locations

Support and supervise security officers, ensuring company standards are maintained

Assist with rota management and shift coverage

Ensure officers are compliant with SIA regulations and company procedures

Report incidents, performance concerns, and operational issues to management

Maintain strong communication with both clients and internal teams

Requirements

Valid SIA Licence

Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

Previous experience in the security industry, ideally in a supervisory role

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
