Position: Relief Retail Security Officer

Location: Watford, WD17

Pay Rate: £14.00

Hours: 38 hours per week

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday - (10:00 AM to 18:00 PM) Sunday - (12:00 PM to 18:00 PM)

Job Overview

As a Relief Security Officer, you will be integral in providing support for all security operations, filling any gaps as needed in the security team rota. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage access control and gate duties
• Internal and External building patrols
• Provide an effective security presence and proactive response service
• Respond to and deal  with all site risk events
• Ensure all occurrences/incidents within your duty are recorded
• Understand and follow site procedures and escalation

Requirements 

• A valid SIA licence - Door Supervisor or Security Guarding
• Right to work in the UK
• Fire Marshal training - (preferable) 
• Flexible, committed and punctual 
• Excellent concentration skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Keen attention to detail 
• Ability to remain calm and deal with emergency situations 
• Customer Service experience
• An ambitious personality and willing to grow with the business
