Door Supervisor

SIA Licensed Door Supervisors Required – Hertford, Ware & Surrounding areas

We are currently recruiting SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to work across a number of venues in Hertford, Ware & Surrounding areas including pubs and late-night venues.

Shifts are primarily every Saturday, with additional Friday shifts available. Please note that finish times can vary depending on the venue and may run up to 04:00.

Due to the nature of the work, applicants must be flexible and available on a regular weekend basis. Please ensure Hertford is within reasonable travelling distance before applying.

Pay Rate:
£14.00 - £16.00 per hour (PAYE or Self-Employed options available)

Role Responsibilities:

• Managing entry and exit of customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Conducting ID checks and ensuring licensing conditions are followed
• Monitoring venue capacity and maintaining a safe environment
• Dealing with incidents calmly and effectively
• Working closely with venue management and local authorities where required
• Completing written incident reports when necessary
• Providing a strong and visible security presence

Applicants Must:

• Hold a valid Front Line SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• Have previous experience within the security industry (pub/club experience preferred)
• Be available to work every Saturday, with flexibility for Friday shifts
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Be confident managing challenging situations
• Be reliable, punctual, and well presented
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Be able to arrange their own transport to and from Hertford
