Security Officer - Fine Dining

Location: Fine Dining Restaurant, Chelsea - London 

Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour

Hours: Full-time (Tuesdays - Saturdays, 17:00 - 01:00)

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Front of House / Host Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious, fine dining restaurant in London, Chelsea. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a refined and fast-paced environment where exceptional customer service and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and ensure their safety and security upon arrival and throughout their visit.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to uphold the highest standards of excellence.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• Significant experience as a Front of House security officer.
• A valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor).
• Outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on discretion and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends
• Impeccable personal presentation, reflecting the standards of a fine dining environment.
