About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Daytime Mobile Team Leader to join our Mobile Driver Department. This is a key operational role, combining administrative responsibility with field-based duties to ensure the smooth running of our mobile fleet and client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of the mobile fleet, including vehicle check reports
- Organise and track vehicle MOTs, servicing, and repairs
- Coordinate with garages and service providers to ensure fleet readiness
- Conduct new site inspections and develop detailed assignment instructions
- Respond promptly to client queries and provide effective solutions
- Manage and attend to emergency requests during daytime operations
- Carry out site visits and occasional patrols as required
- Support operational efficiency and compliance across the mobile team, including key audits
Requirements
- Full, valid driving licence
- Minimum 2 years driving experience
- Valid SIA licence
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure, dealing with high volume of emails
- A pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently while leading and supporting a team
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a security services or mobile operations environment
- Experience managing vehicle fleets or logistics operations
- Familiarity with incident response and client-facing roles
- Previous experience in office administration
