City Centre Security Officer (Weekends)

CR2 Security Group are recruiting experienced DS Licensed Security Personnel for an exciting long-term project based in Bristol City Centre.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile operation supporting Bristol’s night-time economy, working alongside key partners and stakeholders across the city.

We are looking for professional, approachable, and confident individuals who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards at all times.

Shift Pattern

• Every Friday and Saturday night
• 20:00 – 04:00

You will provide a visible and reassuring presence across Bristol City Centre, supporting businesses, visitors, and members of the public.

Working Alongside

You will regularly liaise with:

• Police services
• Local authorities and councils
• Licensed venues
• Specialist outreach and support teams

What We Offer

• £15.50 per hour PAYE
• Annual pay increases in line with inflation
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Optional rolled-up holiday pay, increasing your hourly rate to £17.37 per hour
