Street Field Officer — London

Location: London — on foot, out on patch
Hours: Full-time / flexible shifts

The role
You'll be out on the street every day, covering a patch across London and talking to other security officers. You'll represent a new network for guards and get them connected to it — face to face, out in the field, on the ground where the work happens.
If you've worked the door, walked a site, or patrolled a centre, you already know the people and the world this is built around.
 

What you'll do day to day

Patrol a patch on foot in and around London
Speak with other security officers out on the ground
Get them connected to the network

What we're looking for

SIA badge / security or door-supervisor background (strong plus)
Comfortable on your feet all day, out in all weather
Confident talking to strangers — you can hold a conversation and read a room
Reliable, turns up, does the numbers
