Door Supervisor/Security Officer

We are a growing security agency with a number of upcoming opportunities across a variety of sites and events in London predominantly in East London. We are currently recruiting reliable and professional security staff who are available for flexible shifts when required.

The role may involve working in a range of environments, including venues, private functions, corporate settings, and high-profile events. We are looking for individuals who can remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and maintain a professional, approachable, yet firm presence at all times.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor venues and premises to help maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, clients, and members of the public.
• Provide a visible and professional security presence.
• Manage and de-escalate conflict in a calm, respectful, and authoritative manner.
• Respond appropriately to incidents and follow site procedures.
• Accurately report and record incidents, observations, and any relevant information.
• Support the smooth running of events and sites by working professionally with clients, staff, and other team members.

Requirements

• Previous security experience is preferred, particularly within bars, events, venues, or similar environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Calm, confident, and professional under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems where required.
• Capable of writing clear and accurate incident reports.
• Well-presented with pride in personal appearance and uniform standards.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
