Fast Food Venue - Weekends (Staines)

Duties

• Monitor customers, staff, and visitors to help prevent theft, violence, and antisocial behaviour.
• Control access to staff-only areas and delivery entrances.
• Patrol the restaurant, car park, and surrounding premises.
• Respond to incidents such as disputes, aggressive behaviour, shoplifting, or medical emergencies.
• De-escalate conflicts using effective communication and customer service skills.
• Assist with emergency procedures, including fire alarms and evacuations.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with police or emergency services when necessary.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed and report hazards.
