Job Role :

Position: Corporate Security Officer

Location: Towcester

Schedule: 4 on 4 off Basis, days or nights - 12hr shifts, weekend availability

Full-time

Pay: £15.41 Per Hr

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure a secure environment.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to any suspicious activities.
• Enforce access control policies and procedures, checking identification of individuals and vehicles entering the premises.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Provide a visible presence to deter unauthorized individuals and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Conduct thorough investigations and report incidents in a timely manner.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of security equipment.
• Assist with the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, clients, and visitors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading a team and as corporate security officer.
• Valid SIA License
• Full UK Driving License and access to own transport.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent observation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Basic computer skills for operating security systems.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
