Retail Security officers 

Duties:

Patrol retail store premises.

Investigate disturbances.

Monitor entry and exit points of retail store.

An understanding of a basic Police and other Emergency Services procedures.

Circulate among visitors.

Operate theft detecting devices.

Dealing with large crowd.

Building customer relations.

Person Specification:

To have Conflict Resolution training / experience.

Security Industry Qualifications – DS Front line SIA Licence.

Proficient English Speaker.

A good Level of interpersonal and customer relationship skills.

To have a basic level of fitness.

Well-presented and turned out.

To be able to work under own initiative where required.

Must be able to make judgment calls that are situational and time critical.

Must be a team player.
