Front of House Host

Job Overview 

We are looking for someone to greet our guests, check tickets where necessary, and to help ensure a safe environment for our guests and staff.  You will be responsible for ensuring that personnel and guests have a positive first impression of the venue. As the first point of contact, you will be expected to be friendly and welcoming when guests/staff arrive or leave. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain the Front of House area to ensure a professional appearance
• Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV as appropriate.
• Ensure processes are strictly followed for any visitors to the building
• Deal with complaints and offer fast resolutions escalating where necessary
• Build professional relationships with occupiers and guests ensuring all have a pleasant experience

Requirements 

• A valid SIA licence - Door Supervisor Licence / Security Guard Licence 
• Good communication skills 
• Good organisation and multi-tasking skills
