We are looking for Door Supervisors who champion our values to join our team in Leicester.

Job Purpose

The primary role of a Door Supervisor is to ensure the safety and security of the venue's visitors and employees. 

Job Overview

As a Door Supervisor, you will ensure the safety of staff and visitors, as well as protect assets within the clients' business and provide excellent customer service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess the suitability of visitors and monitor behaviour in line with policies and legal requirements
• Ensuring the venue operates to a safe capacity and crowds are dispersed appropriately
• Patrolling the venue and undertaking occasional physical searches of guests
• Requiring guests to leave the venue and / or refusing entry to guests when behaviour / suitability is not in line with policies. On occasions, this may require physical intervention
• Dealing with incidents appropiately whilst remaining calm and professional in stressful situations
• Reporting and recording details of incidents, searches and patrol

Requirements & About You

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Close Protection Licence
• Availability on Friday and Saturday evenings
• Have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and be customer service focused
• Smart appearance with impeccable personal presentation
• Be able to work both alone and as part of a team
• Be reliable and confidently de-escalate and resolve difficult conflict situations
• Keen eye for detail and the ability to stay vigilant to security risks
