Key Responsibilities:

• Alarm Response: Respond promptly to alarm activations, investigating incidents, and securing the site.
• Mobile Patrols: Conduct regular mobile patrols across multiple locations to deter criminal activity and identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Incident Management: Assess and manage situations on arrival, liaising with emergency services if necessary.
• Reporting: Document incidents accurately and provide detailed reports on findings, actions taken, and recommendations for site improvements.
• Client Liaison: Communicate with clients after incidents to provide reassurance and updates on security measures.
• Key Holding: Securely manage keys for client properties, ensuring quick access during alarm call-outs and patrols.
• Maintenance Checks: Perform routine checks on alarm systems, locks, and perimeters during patrols to ensure all security measures are operational.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving License – Essential for mobile response duties.
• SIA License – Door Supervisor or Security Guarding license preferred.(CCTV advantageous) 
• Quick Thinking and Problem Solving – Ability to assess situations rapidly and act decisively
• Professional Demeanour  – Ability to handle situations calmly and professionally, even under pressure.
• Attention to Detail – Critical for incident reporting and identifying potential security threats.
• Flexibility – Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and on-call rotations.
