Description

We are seeking dedicated and professional Front Desk Security Officers to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises while delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manning the Front Desk: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and staff, ensuring smooth entry and exit processes.
  • Patrols and Access Control: Conduct regular patrols of the premises and maintain strict access control to secure areas, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Alarm Response: Respond promptly to all alarm activations, including intruder alarms, fire alarms, personal attack alarms, and equipment alarms. Take appropriate action and notify relevant authorities as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all individuals entering the building, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate locations or personnel.

Requirements:

  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
  • Proactive Working Approach: Take initiative in identifying potential security issues and respond swiftly to resolve them.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals in a courteous, professional, and helpful manner.
  • Client-Focused Approach: Always prioritize the needs and safety of our clients and visitors, ensuring their comfort and security.
  • Team-Oriented: Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team to meet security goals and enhance the customer experience.
  • Alarm Response Experience: Ability to effectively manage and respond to various alarm activations, ensuring proper protocols are followed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a security or customer service role is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive in emergency situations.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
