Door Supervisor

SAFECROWDS GROUP are looking for an experienced Door Supervisor with excellent customer service skills to join our team.

Role description

RESPONSIBILTIES

• Consistently uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and venue-specific policies.
• Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and property.
• Conduct efficient and thorough ID checks to verify the identity and legal age of customers.
• Carry out thorough searches in accordance with SIA regulations.
• Control entry and exit points.
• Manage any conflict or disturbances diplomatically and use de-escalation techniques to prevent situations from escalating.
• Maintain constant vigilance to identify potential threats, unauthorised entry, or suspicious behaviour, and take the necessary actions to address them.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with the client to ensure a safe environment.
• Prevent and manage conflicts or disturbances effectively, ensuring a calm and safe atmosphere.
• Report incidents and write detailed incident reports as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Hold a frontline SIA Door Supervisor License
• Be able to provide a 5-year work/school history
• Have previous Door Supervisor experience
