Our portfolio includes music festivals, concerts, food festivals, carnivals, sporting events, mass participation sporting events, agricultural shows, fireworks displays, trade shows, and Christmas markets. Additionally, we offer security and concierge services to boutique hotels year-round.

We are currently seeking 10 experienced Event Security professionals to join our dedicated team. As part of our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and event attendees. You will be responsible for monitoring access points, enforcing security protocols, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor access points and permit entry only to authorised individuals.
• Conduct bag checks and enforce security protocols as required.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter potential threats.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism and composure.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Door Supervisor or in a similar security role.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is beneficial.
• Familiarity with first aid procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Understanding of loss prevention strategies.

Skills:

• Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential risks or suspicious behaviour.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and law enforcement personnel.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle challenging situations if required.
