We are currently recruiting for a Stadium Safety Steward for event based position.

The opportunity:

Duties & Requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Consistently uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety
• Assist in directing customers to their seats, checking customer’s tickets, and ensure aisles and walkways are clear to prevent overcrowding.
• Help manage the flow of customers at entry and exit points, particularly at the start and end of an event
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with venue rules and regulations, including no-smoking areas and no-entry zones
• Regularly patrol designated sections of the venue to identify and address any safety hazards or potential issues
• Report incidents promptly to supervisors and security team, and write incident reports as necessary
• Work with other stewards, security team, and relevant staff to address safety concerns promptly
• Attend training sessions and briefings to stay updated on safety procedures, and any changes in venue policies

Requirements:

• Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety - must be enrolled on the course

• Shift durations vary and the position is event based only
