Security Team Leader

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a professional and experienced Security Team Leader to join our growing team  in Minworth. This is a night shift leadership role, where you will be responsible for managing a team of security officers, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

This is a key frontline position that requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to site security.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the security team during night shifts

Conduct shift handovers, briefings, and ensure duties are assigned effectively

Perform regular foot patrols and inspections of the site

Manage and respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and professionally

Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting is maintained

Deliver a visible and professional security presence

Person Specification:

Excellent standard of spoken and written English

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Professional and confident communicator

Physically fit and able to manage long shifts on patrol

High level of personal presentation and integrity

Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards

Technical Requirements:

Valid SIA Security Licence (essential)

CCTV Licence (desirable)

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader security role

Right to work in the UK

Able to work full-time night shifts on a 4 on / 4 off basis

Hours:  Nights – 4 on / 4 off

Pay Rate: £12.70 per hour
