Job Title: Relief Security Officer

Location: Birmingham, Various Sites

Pay Rate: £12.21 to £12.70

Hours: 48+ Hours, Mixture of Days, Nights & Weekends, 8 to 12 hour shifts.

Job Overview

As a Relief Security Officer, you will be integral in providing support for all security operations, filling any gaps in the security team roster as needed. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage access control and gate duties
• Internal and External building patrols
• Provide an effective security presence and proactive response service
• Respond to and deal  with all site risk events
• Ensure all occurrences/incidents within your duty are recorded
• Understand and follow site procedures and escalation

Requirements

• A valid SIA licence - Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence 
• CCTV Licence (preferred)
• Provide the right to work in the UK
• Driving Licence
• 5-year checkable work history 
• Flexible and dependable
