SIA Door Supervisor - Box Park Wembley/Shoreditch/Croydon

We have exciting opportunities to work the Box Park Venue across London for candidates who have experience working within the Hospitality sector working Friday and Saturday Evenings. Also midweek shifts are available. 

We are keen to speak with SIA licenced Door Supervisors in and around the the area, who want regular work, in established venues, earning competitive rates of pay.

Ideal candidates will be professional, take a pride in their appearance and have good customer service skills enabling them to interact with a range of clients and customers.

Job Specification: 

• Regular work Friday and Saturday evenings and also weekday shifts are available. 
• Shifts are usually between 5-7 hours.
• It is a PAYE position – NOT CASH IN HAND
• Driving licence preferred 
• Hr rate depending on experience

Candidates Duties Include:

• Facilitate the smooth running and operation of the venue.
• Control ingress and egress of the event and monitoring all exits.
• Ensure that patrons have a positive experience in a safe environment.
• Observing the behaviour of patrons in the venue and maintaining the events code of practice and to ensure that licensing laws are upheld to prevent any criminal offences occurring in the event.
• Assisting patrons and dealing with their concerns.
• Conduct, by dealing appropriately and safely with those who are causing offence and potential danger or risk to themselves or others.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
• Operate in complete compliance with the requirements set out by the client
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Applicants Must:

• Provide a full 5- year Employment history 
• Be smart in appearance.
• Be articulate and able to communicate fluently in English.
• Have at least 10 years’ experience of working within the security industry.
• Hold a valid SIA License for either Door Supervision or Close Protection.
• Be friendly, polite but assertive whilst always remaining professional.
• Must be physically fit.
