SIA Door Supervisor - Salisbury

We have exciting opportunities in a range of bars, pubs and clubs for candidates who have experience working within the Hospitality sector. Looking for shifts Friday and Saturday Evenings. 

We are keen to speak with SIA licenced Door Supervisors in and around the TORQUAY area, who want regular Friday and Saturday work, in established venues, earning competitive rates of pay.

Ideal candidates will be professional, take a pride in their appearance and have good customer service skills enabling them to interact with a range of clients and customers.

Job Specification: 

• Regular work Friday and Saturday evenings 
• It will be between 5-20 hours per week.
• It is a PAYE position – NOT CASH IN HAND

Candidates Duties Include:

• Controlling entry and exit routes.
• Customer management to maintain a safe environment within the venue.
• Crowd control.
• Monitoring customer behaviour. 
• Carrying out ID checks.
• Screening and searching individuals.

Applicants Must:

• Be able to provide a full 5yr work employment history.
• Hold a frontline SIA Door Supervisor badge.
• Have proven experience within the security industry.
• Have good communication skills and be customer service focused.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Be presentable on site, wearing the correct uniform.
• Hold a full clean driving licence
