Have at least 2 years’ experience as a Head Door Supervisor

Have excellent English skills(both spoken and written)

Be a natural leader with great people skills

Stay calm, confident, and in control under pressure

Handle conflict and emergencies with professionalism

Be committed and reliable, especially for Friday & Saturday nights

Job Type: Part-time, Permanent

Hours: 14–60 per week

Pay: From £15/hour, depending on experience

Location: London (multiple venues across the city)
