Head Door Man/Woman - Wolverhampton

As the Head Door Supervisor, your primary role is to ensure the safety and security of the venue's clients and employees through effective management of the DS team. 

1-2 year experience working in pubs, bars and clubs is essential

We are keen to speak with SIA licenced Door Supervisors in and around the WOLVERHAMPTON area, who want regular work, in pubs, bars and clubs Friday and Saturday evenings,  earning competitive rates of pay as the Head Door Supervisor 

You will be managing a security team of experienced Door Supervisors making sure they carry out all tasks relating to the security of the venue, customers and employees. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for all other security personnel on duty 
• Staff positioning 
• Schedule staff rotas and completion of timesheets for all Door Supervisors
• Maintain order on the premises 
• Deal with and manage difficult conflict situations 
• Report and record details of incidents, searches and patrols 
• Ensure all security procedures and protocols are followed at all times 
• Crowd control 
• Ensure the safety and security of the venue, staff and visitors 
• Supervising customer arrivals and departures 
• Carrying out I.D checks 

Requirements 

• Must be able to provide  full 5 yr work and address history
• Must own a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Be physically fit and able to cope with the demands of the role. 
• Ability to lead and motivate security staff  
• Ability to act quickly and respond to emergency situations
