Customer Service & Operational Support
About the role
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the smooth day to day running of the business. Monitoring client mailboxes, ensuring the welfare of our guards. Liaising with regional managers to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and to a high standard. As a result of this varied workload, our ideal candidate must be highly organised and efficient with exceptional customer service skills. We are a 24hr run department so must be available to workdays, nights and weekends. This is a 9-month maternity cover FTC (Fixed Term Contract), however there is a strong possibility for this to be extended or a permanent position given at the end.
Key Responsibilities
- Act at first point of contact for clients and logging all reported issues via the inhouse system.
- Manage both reactive and planned work through to completion, ensuring they are delivered within set KPI’s.
- Work with finance team to ensure matchup between issue references and PO’s.
- Ensuring complaints are escalated to the appropriate manager.
- Uploading and scheduling rotas onto a computer system.
- Drive new business into the department.
Skills and experience
- Customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role or within a busy helpdesk environment
- Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships with our guards and clients.
- Preferably you will hold a CCTV License and have experience of working with CCTV & operations.
- A can do attitude and bring energy to the team whilst completing the task at hand.
