The Role

The position will require the successful candidate to maintain a safe and secure environment for our client by patrolling and monitoring various sites. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To be able to engage confidently with customers at all levels, providing them with a positive experience within a friendly environment of First Response Group
• Liaise with management team, operations team and external services e.g. Emergency services etc.
• To conduct regular patrols of the site on foot, ensuring all occurrences are logged on return to the Security base.
• Ensure all occurrences / incidents within your duty are recorded in full within the site daily occurrence book and electronic IR
• Understand and follow site procedures and escalation.
• First Line response: Able to respond quickly and efficiently to emergency situations across site e.g. Power outage.

Job Requirements:

• Valid SIA license and ability to drive are essential
• Proven experience in a security is preferred, however, training is provided.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• 5 years checkable work history
• Role requires officer to be physically fit with the ability to communicate in good English, both verbally and written.
