Full job description:
Description of Duties:
- Overall management and accountability for service performance
- Following all procedures and activities on site
- Delivering all operational activities and standards to the centre
- Relationship and Account Management: Support the Broadway Centres Centre Management to cultivate the working partnership between Westgrove and our partner
- Deliver a High Standard of security and cleaning service to the centre.
- Manage monthly Payroll
- Financial reporting with a solid understanding of P&L and cost control
- Ordering monthly materials/consumables within budget
- Support annual budgeting
- Ensure Fire testing / audibility is carried out as requested
- Monitor and control Overtec System – Patrolling system
- Oversee building standards, including cleanliness, health & safety, and security, in line with operating procedures
- Foster a culture of quality service and customer care through feedback, staff coaching, and engagement surveys
- Promote the centre’s reputation for exceptional customer service
- Ensure that an appropriate competent employee is always available to handle emergencies – Supervisors
- Take responsibility for personal development by attending training and meetings as required
- Manage and support the centre team
- Work with the Centre Manager to foster a unified team and ensure holiday/absence cover
- Lead recruitment, development, and coaching to maintain high performance and service standards
- Conduct regular 1:1s, quarterly reviews, and annual appraisals in line with the company’s People First Strategy and development approach
Experience/Skill Requirements- Essential:
- Managing Security and Cleaning Teams
- Strong management skills to drive service performance and KPIs
- Excellent communication skills
- Personal Competences
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute
- Confident, approachable, and committed to excellent service
- Capable of leading, motivating, and delegating tasks effectively
- SIA licence
