SIA Door Supervisor - QSR (Fast food) Barnsley& Sheffield

As the Door Supervisor, your primary role is to ensure the safety and security of the venue's clients and employees through effective management within Hospitality.

You will be working as a Door Supervisor at fast-food venues in the SHEFFIELD & BARNSLEY area, making sure you carry out all tasks relating to the security of the venue, customers and employees. Shifts will be weekday and weekends and you will be working at Quick Service Restaurants, such as McDonalds, Burger King, KFC & Taco Bell.

Ideal candidates will be professional, take a pride in their appearance and have good customer service skills enabling them to interact with a range of clients and customers.

Job Specification: 

• Regular work Friday and Saturday evenings 
• It will be between 5-20 hours per week.
• It is a PAYE position – NOT CASH IN HAND

Candidates Duties Include:

• Controlling entry and exit routes.
• Customer management to maintain a safe environment within the venue.
• Crowd control.
• Monitoring customer behaviour. 
• Carrying out ID checks.
• Screening and searching individuals.

Applicants Must:

• Be able to provide a full 5yr work employment history.
• Hold a frontline SIA Door Supervisor badge.
• Have proven experience within the security industry.
• Have good communication skills and be customer service focused.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Be presentable on site, wearing the correct uniform.
• Hold a full clean driving licence
