About the role:

• Officers must have good communication and English literacy.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred
• 1+yrs experience in security preferred

•                    Provide Reassurance for Staff and Customer’s safety.

•                    Interact positively with Customers.

•                    Deter Theft and Criminal Damage within the store.

•                    Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.

•                    Working as part of a team to fulfil customer requirements.

•                    Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.

•                    To provide a visible uniformed deterrent, to contribute to the safety and security of the client’s premises and staff.

•                    To lawfully deter potential troublemakers on site.

•                    To carry out all duties assigned by the client or manager to whom you are responsible.

•                    To ensure site knowledge is kept up to date and developments at local level are identified.

•                    To conduct yourself, at all times, in a manner which will bring credit to yourself and the Company, ensuring full uniform is worn and SIA licence is clearly displayed."
