Shifts - Days, Nights & Weekends - 12 to 8 hour per shift

Job Overview 

We are seeking a professional and personable Corporate Security Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain the Front of House area to ensure a professional appearance
• Patrolling shop floors.
• Dealing with the general public.
• Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV as appropriate.
• Ensure processes are strictly followed for any visitors to the building
• Deal with complaints and offer fast resolutions escalating where necessary
•  Build professional relationships with occupiers and guests ensuring all have a pleasant experience

Requirements 

• A valid SIA licence - Door Supervisor Licence  
• CCTV Licence 
• Good communication skills 
• Good organisation and multi-tasking skills 
• Right to work in the UK
• First Aid and Fire Marshal training - (preferable) 
• Flexible, committed and punctual 
• Excellent concentration skills
• Keen attention to detail 
• Ability to remain calm and deal with emergency situations 
• Customer Service experience
• An ambitious personality and willing to grow with the business
