The Role

We are currently recruiting SIA-licensed Event Security Staff and Door Supervisors to join our team. You’ll be working as part of large, professional crews (30–40 staff per event) across Bristol’s busiest venues and festivals.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing a visible security presence to ensure the safety of staff, customers, and assets

Managing entry points, ticketing checks, and crowd control

Monitoring behaviour, de-escalating conflict, and resolving incidents in line with venue policy

Safeguarding vulnerable individuals and ensuring a safe environment

Completing incident reports and paperwork accurately when required

Supporting colleagues and supervisors in delivering a professional service

Requirements:

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, reliable, and punctual

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Previous security/event experience desirable but not essential
