Security Officer

About the Role

We are recruiting elite-level Security Officers to join our team for a prestigious, high-security client. This position requires exceptional discipline, operational awareness, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Applicants must have proven expertise in advanced security operations and meet strict qualification requirements. Military or policing backgrounds, especially with operational deployment experience, are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Asset & Personnel Security: Protect buildings, assets, and people through physical patrols, CCTV monitoring, access control, key management, and intrusion detection.

Advanced Observation & Profiling: Identify suspicious behaviours, predict potential threats, and respond proactively to risks.

Access Control & Screening: Regulate entry and exit points, carry out bag checks, and perform non-intrusive personal scans.

Conflict Management: Apply de-escalation techniques to manage potentially volatile situations.

Reception & Front-of-House: Provide professional visitor management and employee reception services.

Risk & Crime Prevention: Anticipate risks, including terrorism-related threats, and take preventative action.

Emergency Response: Act quickly and effectively in security incidents, medical emergencies, fires, and evacuations.

Event & Close Protection: Deliver security for high-profile events and bodyguard assignments when required.

Essential Requirements

Proven experience in manned guarding, surveillance, and emergency response.

SIA Licence – valid and in date.

ACT (Action Counters Terrorism) Training – completed.

Excellent observation skills and operational awareness.

Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Military or police background strongly preferred.

Desirable Skills

First Aid at Work qualification.

Event security or bodyguarding experience.

Specialist security training or certifications.
