Support Officer

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a professional and highly presentable Security Officer to support our growing Logisitics portfolio across the midlands . This is a frontline role where you will be expected to demonstrate a strong physical presence, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to security. 

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct regular foot patrols and site inspections

· Respond to incidents and emergencies professionally and efficiently

· Maintain accurate records and reports

· Deliver a visible deterrent and ensure a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors

Person Specification:

· Excellent standard of spoken, written, and reading English

· Physically fit and able to stand, patrol, for up to 12 hours per shift

· Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate confidently and clearly

· Smart appearance and high standards of personal presentation

· Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering a professional service

Technical Requirements:

· Current and valid SIA Security Licence is essential

· Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse/logistics security industry in a frontline role

· Right to work in the UK

· Ability to work full-time hours without restriction

· HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION AND BE ABLE TO WORK SHIFT PATTERNS (07:00 - 19:00 AND 19:00 - 07:00)
